     Any computer is only as fast as the slowest component.  One of the most common rate limiting factors is RAM.  Luckily, upgrading your notebook RAM is very simple.  Once you have purchased the RAM it takes no more than a minute to upgrade your RAM.  I have posted three video tutorials  on how to upgrade your RAM on a notebook computer. 
    1. Version 1-  This version has full audio commentary and is almost 2 minutes in length
    2. Version 2-  This version has no audio but has the steps listed in text.  This version is shorter and edited more quickly.  Play time is approximately 48s
    3. Version 3-  This version is very rough.  A PC notebook is used in this example, whereas the other 2 tutorials are conducted on an Apple G4 Powerbook Firewire 900.

    These are very straight forward and are meant for the computer novice. The first step is to find out which type of RAM you need.  If you have a apple notebook the best resource is MacTracker.  This nifty little freeware application tells you exactly which type of RAM you need for your apple notebook.
